He provides direction towards business and Organisational Leadership, formulate long-term business strategy.
Holding a Master’s in Structural Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is an NRI businessman based in Cincinnati, USA who has set up business of Car Servicing Centres under the brand “Carx”. This business today has more than 30+ service centres in Midwest of USA.
Mr. JSVN Sastry
Executive Director
Mr. JSVN Sastry, Executive Director of Rampex Labs.
He is associated with Rampex since 2006 spearheading the company on day-to-day basis delivering value in the areas of Operations. Considering the Business needs, for the platform he drives Operational Transformation by working closely with various cross functional teams to bring sustainability to our Business.
He is a Chemical Engineer from Andhra University, India with 30 years of experience in Piramal Health Care & Standard Organics Limited in the domain of Manufacturing and Operations, Projects and Operational Excellence.
Mr. G. Venkateswara Rao
Director – Finance
He is associated with Rampex since 2019 pioneering Finance and Accounts and is a chief support of the company by providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that financial commitments are met, as well as developing all the necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control.
He is an Associate member of ICAI – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 3 decades of experience in MSME Financing.
Mr. Nishant Tiwary
Director – Strategic
Mr. Nishant Tiwary is associated with Rampex Labs since 2024 helping with marketing strategies, human resources and is also a member of the Board of Directors.
Holding a M.B.A. from The Wharton School in USA and holds a master’s in operations research. He has over two decades of experience in Strategy, Operations management, Corporate Finance and M&A. He is deeply committed to providing strategic leadership and business transformation. His expertise lies in driving growth and guiding governance, particularly at the board level, where he has led and facilitated high-impact, transformative strategies.
Nishant was previously in the banking industry working for JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, RBC Capital Markets and Edelweiss.
